The Norwegian Diplomatic Mission in Kiev was opened in 1992. The Embassy is situated in the historical heart of Kiev, vul. Striletska, 15.
The Embassy is headed by H. E. Mr. Jon Elvedal Fredriksen, Ambassador of Norway to Ukraine and Belarus.
Embassy opening hours are: 09.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday. Lunch break from 13.00 till 14.00.
The Visa Section is open from 10.00 till 12.00 for lodging visa applications, from 14.00 till 16.00 for telephone enquiries. Passports and visas can be collected at 10, 11 and 12 AM at the Visa Section For information on visa procedures, see the right margin of this web-page.
